My proudest moment at Unilever
My proudest moments have always been watching my team members develop. It is a really special feeling when you can observe someone you are leading grow into their potential and deliver remarkable performance. This is obviously great for the business, but it unquestionably also has a profound impact on their self-confidence and ambition to achieve more. Making that kind of difference to people you care about is definitely something to be proud of.
