WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

Unilever Business Administration apprentices provide administrative support to our UK or Global teams working in a variety of departments including Brand Building (Marketing), Customer Development (Sales), Supply Chain, Human Resources, Communications and Finance.

As an apprentice, you’ll receive on-the-job training and experience in an entry level administrative position along with formal training to gain the knowledge and skills you’ll need to support our business operations. You’ll join a specific team and will have a dedicated line manager committed to enhancing your career experiences. You’ll be given opportunities to develop the skills aligned to your role and responsibilities to enable you to take control of your career.

Unilever Project Management Apprenticeship is designed specifically for individuals wishing to undertake a career as a project professional. Our apprentices support our UK and Global teams and we have vacancies in different functions including Marketing, Human Resources and IT.

As an apprentice, you’ll receive on-the-job experience along with formal training to gain the knowledge and skills you’ll need to support our business. The qualification covers principles of project management, practice of project management, and leadership and delegation. Typical roles include Project Co-ordinator, Project Executive or Project Support Officer.

Unilever Data apprentices support our Data teams across the UK who are responsible for creating and compiling business insights to deliver analytical solutions and enable optimisation across our diverse organisation.

The Unilever Data Analyst Apprenticeship programme develops the higher level skills and knowledge required to create confident and capable data analyst professionals. As an apprentice on the programme, you’ll gain valuable work experience, on-the-job training AND earn a salary – plus students do not have to pay any tuition fees.

The programme will include a core focus on data analyst tools and data analyst concepts. Apprentices who complete the programme will be competent to operate in a number of related digital roles including Data Analyst, Data Manager, Data Scientist, Data Modeler, Data Architect, Data Engineer supporting Unilever to collect, organise and study data to provide business insight.

Finance Professional Higher Apprenticeship

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

The Unilever Finance Higher Apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to learn, earn, and get a professional qualification in Finance in just two years – and without the debt of University fees. You will develop professionally through formal training and on-the-job learning, and personally, with business skills training and one-to-one guidance. The Unilever Network Engineer Apprenticeship programme develops the higher level skills and knowledge required to create confident and capable digital and technology professionals. As an apprentice on the programme, you’ll gain valuable work experience, on-the-job training AND earn a salary – plus students do not have to pay any tuition fees.

The programme will include a core focus on network principles, network systems and architecture and network security. As your apprenticeship progresses you will embark on at least four real work projects, enabling you to address the full range of competencies within planning, build and design, maintenance/testing/security and analytics/future technology solutions. Graduates from the programme will be competent to operate in a number of related digital roles including Network Technician, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, Network Administrator.

WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

The Rotational Degree Apprenticeship is an unrivalled three year structured industry led degree programme combining apprenticeships at three different leading companies with degree level study at Pearson Business School. WHAT WILL I DO?

Apprentices will work four days a week and spend the fifth day at Pearson Business School studying for a degree in Business Management, which is validated by the University of Kent – with no tuition fees or debt. You will also have access to a company mentor and an academic personal tutor who will support you throughout the programme.

The programme will include a core focus on technology skills with additional study options relevant to different occupational areas. As your apprenticeship progresses you will follow one of several occupational specialisms, each addressing a highly sought-after professional role, such as Data Analyst, Cyber Security Analyst, Software Engineer or Network Engineer. Graduates from the programme will be competent to operate in a range of related digital roles, and be able to support an organisation to develop new products and services and increase productivity using digital technologies.

The Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship programme develops employees who can implement hardware and software solutions, provide technical support and troubleshooting, cloud services, system security and service management. As an apprentice on the programme, you’ll gain valuable work experience, on-the-job training AND earn a salary – plus students do not have to pay any tuition fees.

The programme will include a focus on networking and architecture, mobile technology, coding and logic, Cloud services, and business processes. As a graduate from the programme you will provide support to Unilever staff, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and troubleshoot non routine problems, rectifying issues to maintain the Unilever’s productivity.
