Our research and development (R&D) apprentices actively contribute to the creation of great innovative products for our consumers around the world. Our opportunities allow you to put your science education, passion and curiosity into practice whilst gaining a BSc or BEng.
The Unilever R&D Higher Apprenticeship aims to provide a pipeline of talent for the future needs of the business through a combination of workplace learning and higher education.
Your line manager, buddy and mentor – in addition to the rest of your team – will provide comprehensive and tailored support and training throughout your programme.
